Route 6 Art Car Exhibition

Led by the official Route 6 Nebraska car, an entorage of art cars trekked from Omaha's Central Art Car Exhibition to Hastings, Nebraska for some fun in an historic roadside park. The above shot is a long pan of the cars there:

Falling on the same day as Hasting's Kool-Aid days (it was invented there...) the Route 6 Art Car Exhibition was enjoyed by a continual crowd of people. They also enjoyed speed painting performances by The Unruly Julies, Kool-Aid and Sloppy Joes provided by the Hastings Art Club, and a few select art car artists got to drive Matt the Rat.
