World's Largest Bottle of Hair Tonic

Along one of this town's many meandering thoroughfares you'll find a World's Largest Bottle of Hair Tonic - Liquid Life. I had heard about it from a couple of locals, and finally found it - on a Sunday. So, I don't have any information on it besides a photo proving its existance (but what, really, does a photo prove?!)

Once again, no information besides what I could see: a metal structure on a concrete base, looks like it could have been a sall water tank or other type of liquid storage container - the top was far enough off the ground that I couldn't see if that was metal, too...
