Sparta is home to Fast Sign Corp., makers of fiberglass things. Big things. In fact, a lot of World's Largest Things. And, the town itself boasts a world's largest - the World's Largest High Wheeler (Bicycle, that is). Made also by Fast Sign, the High Wheeler has a big scary rider, commemorating Sparta's town image of being bicycle-friendly.

Don't really have any. As you can see from the photo, the normal-sized fence doesn't even come up to the cycle hub. Fiberglass. And structure.
